Desktop Login Instructions

1. Open a Web Browser

   • Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari on a desktop or laptop computer.

2. Go to the Zoom Sign-In Page

   • Enter the following link in the address bar:
     https://zoom.us/signin#/login

3. Sign In with Host Credentials

   • Username (Email): nicolletgratitude@gmail.com

   • Password: Will be provided to you prior to logging in.

4. Complete Security Verification (If Prompted)

   • Follow any on-screen instructions (such as entering a verification code).

5. Access the Zoom Web Portal

   • Once logged in, you will see the Zoom web dashboard.

6. Start the Meeting

   • Click Meetings in the left-hand menu.

   • Locate the scheduled meeting.

   • Click Start.

   • If prompted, allow Zoom to open the desktop app or follow the browser instructions.

7. End the Meeting

   • When the meeting is complete, click End.

   • Select End Meeting for All (if instructed to close the meeting).

8. Sign Out

   • Click your profile icon (top-right corner).

   • Select Sign Out.

  Any changes you make will affect the entire Zoom Meetings environment.

• Only use this username to start and stop meetings.
